Dear Elizabeth Brandsness,

This response is patently ridiculous. Pompton Lakes does not have an employment contract with the Chief of Police?! What will it take for the governing body to stop delaying, denying, lying to the public about documents that the Open Public Records Act clearly permits access to for the public?
