1. Attached hereto please find the employment application of Gerald Reiner. Please be advised that personal identifiers have been redacted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 and N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 as personal information when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of privacy. The County is not in possession of any employment agreements. Moreover, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10 provides that the personnel or pension records of any individual in the possession of a public agency, including but not limited to records relating to any grievance filed by or against an individual, shall not be considered a government record and shall not be made available for public access, except that: an individual's name, title, position, salary, payroll record, length of service, date of separation and the reason therefor, and the amount and type of any pension received shall be a government record. As such, the following information shall be provided: Gerald Reiner resigned on 10/1/21. Other than the resignation date provided, there are no transfer orders.

2. The County is not in possession of any documents responsive to your request.
