1. In the first sentence, you note “all new employees whom separated from
employment…” Please clarify this statement. What do you mean by
“new” in this context of separated employees.
2. “should include but not limited to” is not a valid request as we do
not guess what else you are asking for.
3. If such a list exists, we will be happy to provide it, but we do not
create lists.

For each former employee, please provide us with their initial date of employment, any job titles they held, salary for each calendar year they were employed,date of separation, and reson for separation (retired, resigned, terminated).
For the salary - Example - If an employee was hired in March of 2017 and resigned in November of 2018 we would like the salary and any job titles from March to December of 2017 and then from January to end date 2018.

The Township of Old Bridge received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on 1/12/2022. An extension was taken to 2/15/2022.
An additional extension is required due to the number of years requested,
to 2/25/2022.
After a request for clarification, your original request has been changed
to:
Please provide us a list of all employees whom have separated from
employment from the Township of Old Bridge from December 21, 2015 to Jan.
3, 2022. For each former employee, please provide us with their initial
date of employment, any job titles they held, salary for each calendar
year they were employed, date of separation, and reason for separation
(retired, resigned, terminated). You provided an example for the salary
request: if an employee was hired in March of 2017 and resigned in
November of 2018 we would like the salary and any job titles from March to
December of 2017 and then from January to end date 2018.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Township of Old Bridge to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
You may contact the GRC by toll-free telephone at 866-850-0511, by mail at
P.O. Box 819, Trenton, NJ, 08625, by e-mail at [1][email address], or
at their web site at [2]www.state.nj.us/grc. The GRC can also answer other
questions about the law. All questions regarding complaints filed in
