Each employee record should contain:
*Name
*Current job title
*Full time or part time employment
*Current Base salary
*Current hourly rate
*Longevity pay if applicable
*Stipends for licenses if applicable
*Hire date
*Length of service
* Date of separation and the reason for such separation, and the amount and type of any pension received
*% and amount each employee contributes to health and welfare and to which health and welfare fund

See attached. This is an excel Spreadsheet I do every year. Length of service is not on there but anyone can get that by going from hire date. Longevity was removed many years ago. Stipends for licenses are built in to base pay. Everything is through contract and salary ordinance. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks.
Thanks Mr Giles,
I don’t know if it’s a mistake or not but I see an employee hired 11/1/21 at the rate of $24 per hour which is more than senior employees at pay rates of $22 per hour and $18.03 per hour? If not a mistake can you clarify.
Thanks,
Steve
Yours sincerely,
Steve Harowe
He worked from another location and gave him service credit plus paid more for having a Class A CDL. With so much turnover, council felt we needed to start him higher then normal. Hope this verifies what you are asking.
Ryan some more clarity. What’s higher than normal rate of pay? There’s no current Westville collective bargaining agreement in…

Does the current CBA say that if you start at normal pay rate $XYZ employees will eventually make in a certain period of time the $24 rate of new hire or the rate of the ones at $22?
What’s current normal starting rate?
Thanks,
Steve

Hi Ryan,
That’s again for your responses. How much service credit did the newer Westville employee hired at $24 / hour rate receive and how much having a CDL Class A added to his hourly wage?
Yours sincerely,
Steve Harowe
