I assert, under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3, that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please confirm the receipt of this communication.
Records Requested:
For former Chief of Police Moline’s service from 2017 to the present (or up to the date of separation, if applicable), kindly furnish records including: the individual’s name, title, position, salary, payroll record, length of service, date of separation with the reason, and particulars of any received pension, as mandated by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10.

Pursuant to Section 47:1A-10 of the 2022 New Jersey Revised Statutes, the personnel or pension records of any individual within the possession of a public agency are generally exempt from public access. If the records are available before this date, they will be sent as soon as possible. If additional time is needed, we will relay that to you as quickly as possible.
Additionally, please note that as of July 21, 2023 Woodbury Heights has entered into a Shared Services Agreement with the City of Woodbury, dissolving the Woodbury Heights Police department and utilizing their Police Services including records. Please contact the Woodbury records custodian for any records that may apply regarding the aforementioned Shared Services.
