This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

I'm requesting the following records of any and all employees for the year of 2017. Each employee record should contain: an individual’s name, title, position, salary(and longevity pay, overtime pay if applicable), payroll record, length of service, date of separation and the reason for such separation.....pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10.

23) Personnel and pension records, except specific information identified as follows:
a. An individual’s name, title, position, salary, payroll record, length of service, date of separation and the reason for such separation, and the amount and type of any pension received,
b. When required to be disclosed by another law, when disclosure is essential to the performance of official duties of a person duly authorized by this State or the United States, or when authorized by an individual in interest.
c. Data contained in information which disclose conformity with specific experiential, educational or medical qualifications required for government employment or for receipt of a public pension, but not including any detailed medical or psychological information.

Regarding the request for separated employees, we have 3 that separated in 2017:
1) Kathy Gaj - retired, last day was 3/24/17
2) Sean Fischer - resigned and went to another town, last day was 5/22/17
3) Michael Yock - worked one day and resigned, 1/23/17.

The documents that were sent to you by our CFO are the only documents we have with the information you are looking for. We do not have one document with all the information you requested and as per the law do not have to create one. That is why we sent the salary resolution which has each employees name with the pay, and added the resolutions of any new employees. Payroll earning with overtime and a separate longevity sheet with each employees name, date of hire and amount of longevity. Please let me know what else you may be looking for.
