Dear Brick MUA,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Please provide documents/lists with the following information: The full name, title/position, and hire date for all salaried and hourly employees currently employed.
2. Please provide documents/lists with the following information: The full name, title/position, hire date, termination date and reason for termination for all salaried and hourly employees with termination dates between 2010-Present.
3. A complete list of addresses that had the water shut off from January 1, 2020-Present. Please include the date the water was shut off for each address.

Dear Resident:
We are in receipt of your OPRA request dated March 15, 2021 regarding employee Information, etc.
Please be advised that the records of the Brick Utilities Authority contain only those documents related to water and sewer service. You may want to query the TOWNSHIP OF BRICK for information regarding anything other than water and sewer (i.e. building permits, trash, etc.).
With that being said:
