Hello Passaic AS Charter School,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please provide documents/lists (via a Spreadsheet if possible) with the following information:
The name, title, department, certification/license, salaries, hire date and termination date for all full-time, part-time, and hourly employees with hire dates between 1/1/2018-10/1/2020.

The School has no such list. A records custodian is under no obligation
to create a record in response to an OPRA request. Librizzi v. Twp. of
Verona Police Dep’t, GRC Complaint No. 2009-213 (August 2010); Goeckel v.
Chatham Bor. Police Dep’t, GRC Complaint No. 2013-356 (July 2014).
