Board of Education
(the “Board”), which conducts and supervises the schools of Somers Point
School District (the
“District”). As such, I am in receipt of your OPRA request received on
January 15, 2023. Your
request sought the following:
1. Please provide documents/lists with the following information: The
name, title/position,
department, building/location and hire date for all salaried and hourly
employees
employed by the school district.
2. Please provide documents/lists with the following information: The
name,
title/position, department, building/location, hire date, termination date
and reason for
termination for all salaried and hourly employees with termination dates
between 2018-
Present.
Please see the attached responsive documents. Please note that consistent
with the OPRA
law, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., that the attached documents use the term
“separation” rather than
“termination,” although the information requested is nonetheless fully
provided.
