Thank you for the EMS contract Township Resolutions however, the actual EMS contracts are missing as stated in the Number # 5 of the agreement you posted. I originally requested the actual EMS contract which is not listed with the Resolution document.
Please post or send the following EMS contract between St Peter's and East Brunswick Twp. which are listed in number # 5 of the agreement you have attached for the following letters: B, C, and D.
5. The contract documents shall consist of the following:
A. Notice to Contractors;
B. Request for Proposals;
C. Contractor's Proposal (as accepted):
D. Contract Agreement;
E. All Addenda.
