As indicated in our previous three responses to you in the last week, please be advised that your request is overly broad as written and cannot be fulfilled. Any request for emails and written communications must identify: (1) a date range for the communications, (2) the subject of the communications, and (3) the sender and/or recipient. See Elcavage v. West Milford Twp. (Passaic), GRC Complaint No. 2009-07 (April 2010); Armenti v. Robbinsville Bd. of Educ. (Mercer), GRC Complaint No. 2009-154 (Interim Order May 24, 2011).
