This email confirms that as the district’s official Custodian of Records,
I received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request via email today
Friday, November 30, 2018.

Good morning.
In response to your OPRA Request dated November 30, 2018, please find
attached the following records:
1. Copies of all emails sent or received by Superintendent Vanessa Clark
regarding the keyword "bus" from 11/26/2018 to 11/30/2018.
Regarding the aforementioned records, please note that the sentence
appearing in the body of multiple emails Your Mid-Day Daily Report is
attached. refers to the daily report all staff receive of staff who are
absent on that day. The report appeared in the search when a "bus" driver
was absent. Due to the confidential nature of the information contained
within the reports, the reports themselves are deemed to be outside the
scope of this request.
These records are deemed to be responsive to your request, and are being
transmitted to you via email PDF. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., the
cost associated with this request is $0.
