This is a request for all emails to/from Charles or Chuck Latini to any West Amwell Township Entity, department or associated person for the period November 2021 through current date.

This request is related to the attempt to commit a fraud persuading the West Amwell committee members, and planning board members to pass Marijuana ordinances, and create a development zone that benefit the clients of Chuck Latini, and also agreeing to "abbreviated" planning board process for Mr Latini"s client. The crime fraud exception applies to this request.
