The link you sent me doesn't show the candidates emails and the received date by you the Borough Clerk. That's why the email log of your email was being requested.

You have to click on the file under documents to view the records. It has
all the emails.

Dear April Claudio,
I object to any IT service charge. If the Borough uses Outlook for their email, an email log can be printed and saved as a PDF in seconds by clicking “Control + P and then selecting “Table Format” – this automatically generates a log. This log would generate date/to/from/subject line. I am not asking for the actual emails or resumes or cover letters, which would obviously take more time.

If you click on the file under documents when you go to the link I sent
you, each email is there with all the info. I don’t think you will need a
log.

Pursuant to 2002 Executive Order #26, "No public
agency shall disclose the resumes, applications for
employment or other information concerning job
applicants while a recruitment search is ongoing.
The resumes of successful candidates shall be
disclosed once the successful candidate is hired.
The resumes of unsuccessful candidates may be
disclosed after the search has been concluded and
the position has been filled, but only where the
unsuccessful candidate has consented to such
disclosure." Therefore we are unable to release
copies of the resumes as requested. However, copies
of emails, as requested, will be released but
identifying information has been redacted. If you
have any questions please feel free to contact the
