Even if the redacted information would have been privileged, Councilman Vieira waived the privilege when he disclosed otherwise privileged communications to a third party or if a third party is present during the communication between the client and attorney. Both of these circumstances destroy the privilege and both are the case here. Please provide this document free from redactions.
