This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Any and all emails sent & received from the email address that is assigned to Jenna Baumann from when the email was created to current. Subjects/Headers and Reciever/Sender are all that is needed at this time. Please provide us any emails that the above user was CC’d or BCC’d also.

Dear Robert DeVita,
In accordance with John Paff v. Galloway Township, et al, the New Jersey Supreme Court held that under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA), “information in electronic form, even if part of a larger document, is itself a government record [and that] electronically stored information extracted from an email is not the creation of a new record or new information; it is a government record.”
Please provide any and all emails sent from Jenna Baumann’s work email to her personal email and emails sent to her work email from her personal email from 12/3/2021 to 10/25/2023. We are not requesting the content within the emails, yet.
