Dear Ramsey School District,
I am writing in regard to your recent OPRA response as I have noticed that certain crucial information was missing from the provided dataset. As per my original request, I explicitly asked for the inclusion of email header information, including, but not limited to, sender, recipient, subject, date & time fields.
Although the dataset response did contain the sender's name under the "From (Header name)" field, it failed to include the corresponding sender's email address. Furthermore, both the recipient's name and email address were omitted entirely.
I am writing to seek clarification on whether these fields were intentionally excluded from the response or if there was an oversight during the data compilation process. Considering the importance of these details for the purpose of my request, I kindly request that you provide the missing information as originally requested.
Therefore, please let me know if it is possible to obtain the missing sender's email address, recipient's name, and recipient's email address, or if there are any additional steps required from my end to facilitate the retrieval of this information.
Yours faithfully,
Anonymous
Mr. Hampel,
Nothing is missing from your original request of: sender, recipient,
subject, date & time fields. You are now expanding upon that request
which I will consider a new request. Our email addresses (recipient) are
first initial, last name so you should be able to quickly figure out the
recipient name of the person you are looking for.
We will conduct a search to include the recipient's first name.

Dear Thomas O'Hern,
I have been reviewing the information that you provided as part of the CSV dataset, and have noticed that some of the fields in the output seem to be missing or incomplete.
Below is a simplified version of the first two records of the attached CSV dataset with the extraneous columns removed:
Record1
Date: 2023-06-27T08:43:33-04:00
Message ID: <[email address]>
Subject: "Certification Regulatory Amendments DOE Broadcast June 21, 2023"
From (Header address): [email address]
From (Envelope): -
To (Envelope): [email address]
Owner: [email address]
From (Header name): "Hoffman, Laurie"
Record2
Date: 2023-06-27T08:42:51-04:00
Message ID: <[email address]>
Subject: "Certification Regulatory Amendments DOE Broadcast June 21, 2023"
From (Header address): [email address]
From (Envelope): -
To (Envelope): [email address]
Owner: [email address]
From (Header name): "Hoffman, Laurie"
As you can see, the fields detailing the sender's email address, the recipient's name(s) and recipient's email address(es) all seem to be missing. These were among the key pieces of information that I had requested, but they appear to be absent from the provided records.
It would appear that many of these fields has been overwritten and replaced with the text "[email address]" in the CSV dataset you provided. It is these alterations that is disrupting the requested data from being furnished. I kindly request you to refrain from making these unnecessary alterations to the CSV dataset.
Instead, I would have expected the sender's email address to be provided alongside the "From (Header address)" field, and likewise, the recipient's name(s) and recipient's email address(es) to be provided alongside their respected fields.
I kindly request that these missing pieces of information be included in a revised CSV dataset. If there is a reason that these details cannot be included, I would appreciate a clarification on the matter.
Yours faithfully,
Anonymous
I am not sure how it is showing on your end, but nothing is being changed.
It comes straight from the server. Here is a snippet of the 3529 records I
sent you that clearly has the "To" and "From" email addresses.
Unfortunately, I can't help you with IT problems. I am now considering my
initial response fully compliant with your requests.
