Email Server log search
Dear Ridgewood Public School District,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I would like a copy of email server logs, with the following metadata, “name of sender, senders email address, subject, date, name of all recipients, email address of all recipients, and if there are any attachments.
Search Criteria:
1. Date Range - Last 30 days at the time of initiating the search.
2. Recipient:
[email address] OR [email address] OR [email address]
OR
Sender:
[email address] OR [email address] OR [email address]
Please note the request asks for emails where EITHER sender OR recipient contain ANY of these three email addresses.
Please include a screenshot of the search criteria and please include a screen shot of the result COUNT with the final OPRA response.
