Dear Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office's handling of my OPRA request 'Email requests'.

They refuse to give the requested information despite the fact that the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office has supplied hundreds of emails requested in the same context. I believe strongly that they are hiding information related to Assistant Prosecutor Lynn Heyer's illegal activity with the Ocean County Assistant Prosecutor Taylor Toscano and others. Ex parte communications that do not include a defendants legal counsel have transpired. These communications have involved Atlantic County judges as well.
