Email regarding lease, rental, or purchase of New Egypt Middle School
Dear Plumsted Township Board of Education,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

I am requesting all emails related to the lease, purchase, or rental of the New Egypt Middle School from 6/1/2022 - 9/10/2025.

1. All final and executed agreements, contracts, leases, purchase documents, or rental documents.
2. All correspondence between the district and outside third parties (including real estate firms, law firms, government agencies, consultants, or other non-district entities) concerning the lease, purchase, or rental of the New Egypt Middle School.
3. All final reports, appraisals, or financial analyses prepared by or provided to the district relating to the lease, purchase, or rental of the New Egypt Middle School.
4. All board agendas, meeting minutes, and publicly distributed attachments referencing the lease, purchase, or rental of the New Egypt Middle School within the requested timeframe.
If you withhold or redact any responsive records under a claimed exemption, please provide a Vaughn index identifying:
• The specific record withheld or redacted,
• The legal basis for the exemption,
• A description of the record sufficient to understand its nature, and
• An explanation of how the exemption applies to that specific record.
