Pursuant to the Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I request the following records related to the lease, purchase, or rental of the New Egypt Middle School from June 1, 2022 through September 10, 2025:
1. All final and executed agreements, contracts, leases, purchase documents, or rental documents.
2. All correspondence between the district and outside third parties (including real estate firms, law firms, government agencies, consultants, or other non-district entities) concerning the lease, purchase, or rental of the New Egypt Middle School.
3. All final reports, appraisals, or financial analyses prepared by or provided to the district relating to the lease, purchase, or rental of the New Egypt Middle School.
4. All board agendas, meeting minutes, and publicly distributed attachments referencing the lease, purchase, or rental of the New Egypt Middle School within the requested timeframe.
