Pursuant to OPRA request 20-0211 pertaining to emails from Kelly Yaede, please be advised, clarification is needed. OPRA is not a research tool, and it cannot be used “to force government officials to identify and siphon useful information.” See id. at 546. Rather, OPRA simply operates “to make identifiable government records “readily accessible for inspection, copying, or examination.” Ibid. (citing N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1). That being said, please see below which items need to be defined:

• email records between Kelly Yaede and Pamela Thoresen from 2016 - present
• emails between Kelly Yaede and Pamela Thoresen while Mayor Kelly Yaede was in office
• any email records between Vincent Capodanno and Mayor Kelly Yaede from 2018 - present
• emails between Mayor Kelly Yaede and Martin Flynn between 2018 - Present
