Good morning Ms. Lebowitz,
Please be advised that the last response from you with regards to your May
23, 2022 OPRA request was received on May 25, 2022. In that email you
inquired how to submit payment and asked what forms of payment were
accepted by our District, implying that payment was going to be made for
said records.
To date, we have not received payment. My letter to you states that the
request will be closed if payment and response isn't provided within 10
days of receipt of said letter. Please be advised it has been nineteen
days (19) days since your last response.
Failure to remit payment in the sum of $437.52 by Friday, June 17, 2022
will result in the closure of your OPRA request.
