2) all responses to that email, and responses to those responses, etc.

Be advised that a portion of the communication has been redacted pursuant to recognized OPRA exemptions as set forth in N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1(1) and N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1(8). In this particular case, the redacted portion of the communication between Mr. Duchesneau and Mr. Shamy is exempt from disclosure as it an intra-agency communication that is advisory, consultative or deliberative, and is also a communication between attorney and client.
