According to the Open Public Records Act I have 7 business days to respond
to your request. I'm asking for an additional two weeks to respond to your
request in order to provide the proper information to you.
Therefore I would like to provide the information by November 4th, 2019.
Also, we will be assessing a special service fee for this request. I will
send you an estimated cost prior to submitting the documents to you.
