Good afternoon,
Please be advised that any emails must first be reviewed by our Board attorney to insure any non-disclosable information is redacted. Due to the length of time covered in your request our IT team has been working to gather all emails. Fore reference on time, incoming emails alone total 24,000. Further, the tool we use to extract the emails does not have the option to only extract a "log". Due to these reasons the earliest we believe we could have a response to you is November 15th. Also, due to the number of emails that will need to be extensively reviewed by our attorney for possible redaction of non-disclosable information, we will need to assess a special services charge. Are you in agreement to an extension and assessment of a special service charge or do you want to refine your request? Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
