This email confirms that as the district’s official Custodian of Records,
I received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request via email on
Friday, December 13, 2019.
In accordance with the law, I have seven (7) business days to either
provide the information requested or a valid reason why the information
requested cannot be provided. Given the fact that the district is closed
for the winter break from Monday, December 23, 2019 through Friday,
January 3, 2020, the seventh (7th) business day deadline to respond to
your request is Tuesday, January 7, 2020.

Friday, December 13, 2019 requesting, "email logs for Harold 'Skip' Peters
from June 17, 2019 to present", please find attached to this email the
following records:
• 1 PDF entitled, "Email Log for S Peters - Redacted"
Please note that the redactions were to remove the names of minor
students.
These records are deemed to be responsive to your request, and are being
transmitted to you via email PDF. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., the
cost associated with this request is $0.
