Good morning,

We were able to conduct the search for the emails containing the term Kappa Sigma. The search resulted in hundreds of hits. We will need to go through the emails for any duplicates, redactions, etc. We will not be able to do that by tomorrow.

We will need an extension of 10 business days until January 24, 2023 to respond on behalf of Rowan.

As I advised you earlier, your request resulted in hundreds of emails. I have deleted duplicates but it may still be too large to send you everything electronically. As you know, this search resulted in a voluminous amount of hits. As a result, we agreed to a few extensions to allow time to go through everything. Thank you for your cooperation in this request.

I did my best to take out any redundant emails but some may have sneaked in.

We agreed that once the review was completed the documents would be sent to you via a shared Google drive. The review is finally complete today (February 1, 2023). You will receive a separate email allowing you to access the drive. Please let me know if you have not received the email by tomorrow (February 2, 2023) or have any problems accessing the drive.

I believe this is a full response to your OPRA request and Rowan will close this request unless you advise otherwise.
