Please be advised that this firm has been retained by Citizens United Reciprocal Exchange (CURE) with regard to a motor vehicle accident which occurred on June 30, 2026 at approximately 2:41 p.m. Wherein our insured’s vehicle was involved in a motor vehicle accident with another vehicle at the intersection of Pearl st. and South st. (Case No.: 1 26-115397). According to the police report (which can be provided upon request), the reporting officer was Police Officer, Victor Matos, Badge #M424. CURE respectfully requests that you maintain the body cam footage of the reporting officer and the street light cam footage and that same be provided to CURE.
Please advise if there is any cost associated with obtaining this video. Failure to preserve this evidence may result in a court action seeking damages. Please feel free to contact the undersigned should you have any questions.
