There are no separate contracts between the Township and Elite Vehicle Solutions as they operate under a state contract (resolution attached). I am formally requesting copies of all purchase orders and contracts between Howell Township and Elite Vehicle Solutions, located at 100 Bennett Blvd Unit 6, Lakewood, NJ 08701, from the year 2020 to the present date. Additionally, I am requesting Howell Township Administration disclose all employees who were employed by both Howell Township and Elite Vehicle Solutions during this period. Please include written approvals for secondary employment and all relevant financial disclosures.
