This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am formally requesting copies of all purchase orders and contracts between Howell Township and Elite Vehicle Solutions, located at 100 Bennett Blvd Unit 6, Lakewood, NJ 08701, from the year 2020 to the present date. Additionally, I am requesting Howell Township Administration disclose all employees who were employed by both Howell Township and Elite Vehicle Solutions during this period. Please include written approvals for secondary employment and all relevant financial disclosures.

Good Afternoon, attached please find documents in response to your OPRA request #24-470. There are no separate contracts between the Township and Elite Vehicle Solutions as they operate under a state contract (resolution attached). You request for secondary employment information has been denied as it is considered a personnel record and is not available for release under OPRA. This will complete this OPRA request.
