I am writing in response to your request for a log of sent and received emails for 1) Mayor Maley, 2) Kevin Carey, 3) Timothy Search, 4)Kevin Dugan from October 1, 2019 to August2, 2020 which includes the sender name, recipient name(s), date, and subject line.
Due to the length of the time period, I have consulted with the Borough’s IT consultant to prepare the log. As a result, there will be a service charge. Once received, the logs will need to be reviewed by each named individual to ensure that no confidential information (e.g. pending police investigations) is not being released.

The Borough does not maintain an e-mail account for Mr. Search.

Therefore, I will need additional time to respond to your request. I anticipate that I will be able to respond by October 2, 2020.

Once I have received an estimate of the service charge I will contact you.

Hi Holly,

Please provide any record which identifies the electronic mail address by which Mr Search carries out his duties as solicitor for the zoning board of adjustment. As you are aware, use of this particular email address for official business is subject to open records requests.

As to the email log requested, I propose that the borough narrow its search to the following words: "parking" or "bliss" or "Leher" or "Bernardo" or "Reuss" or " 579" or " 583"

I am writing in response to your request for:

The initial special service charge will be $75.00. This is the hourly rate for the IT consultant to gather the information requested. Please submit a deposit of $37.50. Once I receive the deposit I will advise IT to begin. The logs will need to be reviewed by each named individual to ensure that no confidential information (e.g. pending police investigations) is not being release; as stated below. An additional service charge may be required depending on the number of items that are being reviewed and the amount of time it takes to review .
