Mr. Cohen, I am in receipt of your OPRA request.  The Open Public Records
Act governs the public’s access to specific government records that are
kept in the normal course of business in New Jersey.  OPRA does not
require a custodian to answer questions, conduct research to questions and
format that research into desired reports.  In addition, OPRA
requests should not be "overally broad", meaning requests that state "any
and all information".
After reviewing your request, I find that you have not asked for specific
documents kept in the normal course of business but is a request for
information.  As a result I am denying your request.
This response will close your OPRA request.
