Election drop boxes
Dear Somerset County Board of Elections,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
The daily log of ballots collected from the Election Drop boxes located at the Municipal Building 475 DeMott Lane, Franklin, NJ. The log should indicate the number of ballots collected daily and how many of them were deposited by a bearer. I would like an electronic report. Every week from the start of collection for the 2023 General Election 2023 to Nov. 8, 2023.
