Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Good Afternoon,

Attached you will find the Incident Report and Arrest/Booking Report for the Incident 21051380 involving Defendant Shakir Tyler. Please be advised that due to citizen's expectation of privacy under NJSA 47:1A-1.1, pedigree/personal identifying information (ie: partial DOB, residential numeric(s), SSN, phone number, D.L.) and police information (ie: NIC number, surveillance info) were redacted throughout. Also, mugshots are exempt under 47:1A-9(A)/Executive Order 9 Hughes from being released from the public. All Juvenile names are protected under 2A:4A-60 and all medical is exempt under Executive Order 26 McGreevey. There are no responsive records for interrogation footage of the defendant nor would be released as they are considered a Criminal Investigatory Record. Any information released regarding this incident also can be located online via multiple media outlets.
