Dear Irvington Township,

The attorney general of the state of NJ in Ag Directive 2018-3 made it extremely clear that these records, Irvington is required to create, be available to the public upon request , and shall be posted on the agencies web site. These records are not on the website. Now these records are being delayed for no legitimate reason.
This extension for records that should be easily produced and should already be publicly posted is absolutely unreasonable.

Dear Irvington Township,

Please provide the specific exemption in law as to why this request has been denied. Please produce a legitimate reason for it's delay based on actual facts. The reasons a superior court judge would actually consider to be reasonable. Actual facts , based on reality , that will actually hold up in a court.
