Dear Eagleswood Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. Any and all copies of letters, emails, notes , etc, of any and all of James Bartlett's offers to purchase and assignment of tax sale certificate 22-00003.

2. A detailed accounting of the full amount owned on tax sale certificate 22-00003 the day before it was assigned to James Bartlett.

3. Copy of any and all public notices regarding the offer by James Bartlett's offer to purchase and assignment of tax sale certificate 22-00003 prior July 24, 2023.

4. A detailed list of any public positions held by James Bartlett from 1/1/17 to present.
