Dear Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please send your response in PDF format.
1. Copies of the 'Officer in Charge' Report(s) for each of the DWI Checkpoints that were held during the year of 2011.
2. Copies of the list(s) of all individuals arrested and/or given traffic summons for each of the DWI Checkpoints that were held during the year of 2011.
3. Copies of the prosecutor's directives, policies, rules, and standing orders for the operation of the DWI Checkpoints that were held during the year of 2011.
4. Copies of any the prosecutor's directives, policies, rules, and standing orders for dealing with corporate media, citizen media, and citizens in relation to documenting(photographing and videotaping) the DWI Checkpoints that were held during the year of 2011.
5. A list of all law enforcement officers by rank, name, badge number, police department and support personnel that were involved for each of the DWI Checkpoints that were held during the year of 2011.
Please include a Record Index with your response.
*A record index that identifies each record requested and the specific legal basis for a denial of access (including redactions) to each record.
