Please be advised that we will need you to pay a special service charge for the records you requested between 1990 and 2000. Those records are not on any computer and are archived in boxes in a warehouse. The agent who is responsible for the DWI function for this office is paid $55 per hour. He is the only person who can search and locate those records. It will take him approximately 8 to 12 hours to retrieve those records. Accordingly, 55 x 8 = $440. 55 x 12 = $660.
Please advise if you are willing to pay for those records. If not, we will only provide you with the records from 2000-2014 which we believe are computerized (but we are still searching).
