Dear Robin Schilling,
Here is our issue: 12 Pikes Peak, we are trying to see if we should file for a variance to keep the illegal duplex from a prior owner or if we should convert to a single family. Rodney Tozer said I should look into finding out what other properties have a duplex variance. He said he knows there are a few, but didn't know the address. Can you please assist?

The township stores / files everything by block and lot. I do not recall not variances for duplex's since I have been with the township. Unfortunately, I have no why of searching for "duplex variances."

I am certainly happy to meet with you. I have attached the zoning board application for your review. However, please note that my records don't show any prior approvals for that block and lot. You may wish to OPRA any construction records for that property.
