2. Request Denied. Pursuant to Rivera V. Union County Prosecutor's Office
internal affairs reports are exempted from disclosure under OPRA. To the
extent that any internal report may be disclosed pursuant to the common
law right to access, you must first establish that you have an interest in
the subject matter of material and, if you are able to do so, any such
internal affairs report must then be redacted to protect confidentiality
concerns. At this time, you have not made any such showing to warrant
disclosure of any internal affairs report.
