This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

On February 18, 2022, a phone complaint was called in on the DEP hotline. The phone operator was 111. The complaint was filed on 2/28/22. The return call was instructed to file an OPRA request for the complaint status.

I seek the history and the log file detailing the call, complaints, and all of the contacts with the resolution(s). I will file for mediation. This is a seven-day notice.
