Good Morning,

On February 15, 2019 an email was sent to you notifying you that your records are ready to either be picked up or emailed after we are in receipt of fee.

As you can see below, there are 166 pages, with a fee of $6.95, which will need to be received before any records can be forwarded.

We have not heard from you as of this date. If we do not receive a call or an email regarding this request by Monday March 4, 2019, you will need to resubmit this request for records.
