Please, provide the unredacted Settlement Agreement and General Release referenced in the approved Township of Delran Resolution 2023-69.
Please, provide all, unredacted correspondence where Patrick Duff, the mayor, the township administrator, or council members were the draftee or recipient of that references this settlement agreement and general release between 1/1/2023 and 6/30/2023.
Please, provide all documentation submitted to and received from the JIF in reference to the statements made by Patrick Duff in regards to the complaints he made that resulted in the settlement agreement and general release between 1/1/2022 to the present.
Please, provide the debit and credit accounting entries completed to expense the funds received by the JIF (if any), funding the payments to pay the settlement (if not fully covered by the JIF), and paid to Patrick Duff including identifying the general ledger/account number, description of general ledger/account, and debit/credit amount between 1/1/2022 to the present.

I apologize for any confusion, please see below response to item #3 of your request.
"After consultation with counsel, please be advised that this request is being denied pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 as all of the communications responsive to this request are communications between a public agency and its insurance carrier, administrative service organization or risk management office and therefore exempt from disclosure.”
Also, with regards to item # 4. No funds were received by the Township from the JIF. I have attached the invoices sent by the JIF to the Township that show what was disbursed to the JIF relating to the claim.
