I would like a copy of all video footage (body camera or dash camera) or audio footage from the incident with the shooting of the dog in a traffic stop on or about February 10, 2020.
The investigation exemption does not apply as the investigation began after the shooting.

Under OPRA release of the dash camera and/or audio is exempt from disclosure, therefore, your request has been denied. Paff v. Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, 235 N.J. 1 (2018).

My original request included common law. My reason for requesting it under common law is I am a journalist and I am working on a story. At first the video was available then you denied it? Then instead of seeking clarification on this common law request you outright deny it? Please fulfill my request.
