over the last 4 years.
Looking for any information for registered dogs
from this home under the owners names of HICKEY, JAMES T & SANDRA.
Please provide info if rabies shots were administered through the township.

This request is past due. Asking for an internal review as to attain the requested information that is needed.

Will take court action if this is ignored.

There is one dog registered at 54 Thiem Ave. Zeke 6 years of age. Tag #185 Rabies expires 1/30/2024 and was administered through the Township Rabies Clinic on January 30, 2021.
