Documents that detail the power of Special Police and the names and titles of everyone in the Special Police Division

I would like the documents that detail what the powers of the Special Police Division are and the legislation the gave them those powers. I would also like the names, titles and salaries of everyone in the Special Police Division and anyone who holds any powers over that division.

-New Jersey Statue Title 40A ss. 14-146.11a(1), Brick Township Administrative Code Article 20 ss. 2-137 and Brick Township Police Department General Order Volume 2, Chapter 11.
2. Names, Titles and Salaries of SLEO's (see attached)
3. Chain of Command over SLEO's Division:
