Dear Eddie Lax,
The specific government records for which I am asking, from April 2019 to the present, would reflect payments by Atlantic City on Mayor Smalls' behalf regarding his wife's cousin, Kayan Frazier. They can be obtained, most likely from the treasurer or comptroller, if such office exists. If no payments have been made, simply say so. However, if that's not the case, please don't deny their existence.
