This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Any and all documents, including but not limited to correspondence, emails, memoranda, applications, contracts, invoices, memoranda, records of deposits, payments, rebates or refunds relating to the rental or attempt to rent space within Boardwalk Hall for an event on January 19, 2019.
A copy of any complaint, letter, flyer or other document, whether anonymous or not, received by any employee or officer of CRDA, or by any member of its Board of Directors, since July 1, 2018 claiming or alleging that Martin Small sought to rent or use Boardwalk Hall for a “Small Ball” or other event in 2019, whether at a discounted price or otherwise.
A log listing any and all emails to or from any person with an @njcrda.com email account from July 1, 2018 to the present date using the term “Small Ball”; “Martin Small Ball”; “Marty Small”; “Martin Small”; “Councilman Small” or “Council President Small”; and with respect to each such email identifying the date of the email, the sender and all recipients thereto, the subject line of the email, and whether there are attachments to same.
A log listing each and every email to or from, or cc’d or bcc’d to [email address], and with respect to each such email identifying the date of the email, the sender and all recipients thereto, the subject line of the email, and whether there are attachments to same.
A log listing each and every email to or from, or cc’d or bcc’d to any person with an @njcrda.com email account from July 1, 2018, and as to which [email address] is the sender or a recipient, and identifying with respect to each such email the date of the email, the sender and all recipients thereto, the subject line of the email, and whether there are attachments to same.
