RT Environmental is performing a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the property located on R Lummistown Road, Lawrence Township, Cumberland County, NJ. RT understands this property to consist of one 68-acre parcel, identified as Block 155, Lot 9. RT is seeking any remediation, enforcement, or permitting documents that Lawrence Township may have on file related to this parcel, including; Site inspection reports -Violations -Handling/storage/disposal of hazardous substances -Hazardous releases or spills -Underground or aboveground storage tanks -Activity and Use Limitations -Environmental liens -Any other information of potential environmental concern. RT is not aware of any specific documents that Lawrence Township may have and greatly appreciates your assistance in this matter.

On Block 155 Lot 9 I spoke to the zoning officer Tony Lamanteer there is nothing on record for this property.
